“Alhamdulillah, we have reported the aspirations of the community regarding evidence of alleged corruption by the Regent of Solok Epyardi Asda related to 4 different cases, one of which is related to the violation of the Singkarak lake reclamation,” said Dodi after reporting at the KPK’s Red and White House. , Jalan Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Thursday (9/6).
According to Dodi, from the four reported cases, it is suspected that the state’s financial loss was Rp. 18.1 billion. He detailed one of the reports related to the Singkarak Lake Reclamation which cost the state Rp. 3.3 billion.
Second, related to the provision of the existing road to the Chinangkiek Tourism Area, which is a privately owned tourist area of the Regent of Solok Epyardi Asda, which is suspected of causing state losses of Rp. 13.1 billion, said Dodi. .
As for the third, it is suspected that Solok Regent Epyardi Asda often ordered the SKPD of the Solok Regency Government to hold meetings and meetings in his private Chinangkiek tourist area, spending a total of IDR 1.2 billion from the Solok Regency APBD. . It is suspected that the area also does not have a tourist permit and an amdal.
“Fourth, related to the appointment of retired civil servants to be Plh Sekda Solok, the alleged state loss is approximately Rp 500 million for the cost of salaries and office allowances. Alleged abuse of authority related to the appointment of the pensioner. That person was reappointed by the Regent of Solok, Epyardi Asda,” said Dodi.
The Gerindra Party politician revealed that of the four cases of alleged corruption that were reported, his party was very focused on the problem of reclamation of Lake Singkarak. The reason is that the private company working on the Singkarak Lake reclamation project is a company owned by the family of the Regent of Solok Epyardi Asda, namely PT. Kaluku Indah Permai and CV. Anam Daro.
“Where is the person in charge of PT. Kaluku Indah Permai and CV Anam Daro are relatives of the Regent of Solok Epyardi Asda,” said Dodi.
Based on data from the Indonesian Forum for the Environment (Walhi), continued Dodi, the potential loss to the state in the environmental sector due to alleged reclamation without a permit reaches Rp. 3.3 billion. In detail, the cost of the ecological loss is Rp. 1.2 billion, the economic cost is Rp. 952 million and environmental costs Rp. 1.2 billion.
The potential loss is analyzed based on Ministerial Regulation Number 7 of 2014 concerning Compensation Due to Pollution and or Environmental Damage, Law Number 17 of 2013 concerning State Finance, and Law Number 1 of 2004 concerning State Treasury.
“So, we as the Chairperson of the Solok Regency DPRD representing the people of Solok Regency request that cases of alleged abuse of authority and indications of corruption be processed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. This is the voice of the people, the voice of the Solok district. Hopefully this (the corruption allegation) will be carried out quickly (investigated by the KPK), so that the people in Solok Regency will return to calm and comfort,” concluded Dodi.
