During the first half of 2022, the number and value of E-Samsat transactions through Tokopedia each increased by almost 1.5 times compared to the same period last year. In addition, Kutai Kartanegara, Medan, Trenggalek, Balikpapan, and Makassar are some of the regions with the highest spike in the number of transactions for the E-Samsat feature compared to the same period in 2021.
Online PBB Payment Service
Through collaboration with the Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda), the convenience of the PBB Online payment feature on Tokopedia resulted in a nearly 2-fold increase in transactions in the first half of 2022 compared to the same period in 2021.
Palembang, Kediri, Samarinda, Makassar and Sragen are some of the regions with the highest increase in the number of PBB feature transactions compared to the same period in 2021. The PBB Online feature itself is available in more than 160 cities/districts in Indonesia.
In addition, a surge in transactions also occurred in the State Revenue Module (MPN) service through Tokopedia, which more than doubled in the first semester of 2022 compared to the same period in 2021. Meanwhile, the number of Module State Revenue users reached almost 3 times. fold.
The Sidenreng Rappang, South Lampung, Purbalingga, Singkawang to Situbondo areas experienced the highest increase in the number of transactions in the State Revenue Module feature on Tokopedia during the first semester of 2022.
