JABARNEWS │ CIANJUR – The government will build at least 200 housing units for earthquake victims in the Cianjur region, West Java. With the area of land that has been prepared, hundreds of these houses will be built in Sinargalih Village, Cianjur.
The Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture (PMK), Muhadjir Effendy said, the plan to relocate the Cianjur earthquake victims had been well prepared. “The land that will be started in the first phase will be placed on an area of 2.5 hectares, more or less capable of accommodating 200 new dwellings,” said Muhadjir Effendy at the Coordinating Ministry for PMK Office, Jakarta, Thursday (1/11).< /p>
Not only that, said Muhadjir, Cianjur Regency Government will also be involved in building houses for flood victims. However, the construction of houses by the Cianjur Regency Government will be carried out in a different location.
The State Land Agency (BPN), continued Muhadjir, will be involved in the processing of the land certificate. “Only the requirements for official documents must be taken care of at the BPN level,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR), Basuki Hadimuljono said that a land area of 2.5 hectares is ready to be built. Later, the house built on the land will use the Simple Healthy Instant House (Risha) technology.
