This Natural Sereng, Means Your Heart Is Unhealthy

JABARNEWS | BANDUNG – Most cases of heart attack are serious emergencies that often occur suddenly. However, there are some signs that may appear before a heart attack occurs.

According to Harvard Health, there are a series of faint sensations that can be “signals” that a heart attack is imminent. These sensations can be pain, numbness, pinching, prickling, or discomfort.

“(This sensation can occur in) one or both arms, back, neck, jaw, or stomach,” explains Harvard Health.
In addition to these vague sensations, the occurrence of a heart attack can also be preceded by several other signs. Some of these signs are shortness of breath, sudden nausea or vomiting, feeling like you might pass out, unusual tiredness, cold sweats, and pain.

People who experience these symptoms are strongly advised to seek medical attention immediately. According to the National Health Service (NHS) Medical Director, Prof. Stephen Powis, recognizing and treating a heart attack quickly can prevent death.
