Bogor City ASN Complains that TPP Hasn't Been Disbursed for Two Months, This Is What the City Government Says

JABARNEWS │ BOGOR – State Civil Apparatus (ASN) or PNS in The Bogor City Government (Pemkot) has complained about the delay in payment of Additional Employee Income (TPP) which has not been paid since December 2023.

One of the ASN who did not wish to be identified submitted this complaint. According to him, TPP was last received in November 2023. Meanwhile for TPP< /a> December 2023 has not yet been received.

"We haven't received TPP for two months, the last one was last January," said one ASN within the Bogor City Government.

He revealed that the TPP payment was delayed in December 2023. However, he admitted that he did not know the reason for switching the TPP payment from December 2023 to January 2024.

Responding to these complaints, the Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Bogor City, Syarifah Sofiah, explained that the delay in TPP payments was caused by new regulations issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) in 2024.

"We are currently calculating the TPP because there are new regulations, in the end everything is calculated so we have to get permission again from the Ministry of Finance (Ministry of Finance) and SIPD," said Syarifah Sofiah.

According to Syarifah, the Bogor City Government has proposed TPP payments for two months at once, namely December 2023 and January 2024. "Currently it is in process, hopefully it will be paid soon," said Syarifah Sofiah.

Even though the TPP payment was planned to be made on January 15 2024, it had to be postponed because it follows the applicable administrative system.

Meanwhile, the Secretary of the Bogor City Regional Asset Finance Agency (BKAD), Evandhy Dahni, added that this policy was taken because the TPP is about adjusting regional financial capabilities.

"So the TPP for December 2023 will be paid in January 2024, and that has been agreed with the council and has been discussed by the head of the OPD," explained Evandhy. (red)
