JABARNEWS | BANDUNG – Head of BPJS Employment Bandung Suci Branch Office Opik Taufik said that there are two ways to withdraw the BPJS Employment Old Age Security (JHT) balance online.
Opik explained that the first was through the Jamsostek Mobile (JMO) application and the second was through the Lapak Asik BPJS Employment channel.
Opik explained, using the JMO application, participants simply open the JMO application on their cellphone, then select the Old Age Security menu, on the Old Age Security page, select the JHT Claim menu. If they meet the requirements, 3 green ticks will appear on the requirements for submitting a JHT claim via JMO application, then click next.
"Select one of the reasons for the claim, then click next, check the membership data on the screen that appears, if the data is correct, please select it to continue," said Opik in a statement received, Wednesday (24/4/2024) .
Next, take a selfie by clicking take a photo with the conditions as shown in the instructions that appear on the cellphone screen, followed by completing the NPWP data and active account, then click next.

Next a Success notification will appear, congratulations on processing your JHT claim. To see the claim process you can open the claims tracking menu in the JMO application.
The second way to withdraw your BPJS Employment JHT balance is through the online service Lapak Asik (Service Without Physical Contact) by accessing the official page.
Then fill in the submission data according to the actual data in the available data fields, continue uploading the documents as required, after successfully uploading the documents, participants will receive confirmation of the lapakasik submission input data, if the confirmation data is correct, click 'SAVE' to continue.
Next a notification will appear congratulations that you have successfully submitted a claim via Lapak Asik BPJAMSOSTEK, confirmation of the online interview schedule will be sent via email.
