Governor Ansar Invites Muslims to Increase Worship As We Enter the End of Ramadan

batampos– Riau Islands Governor H. Ansar Ahmad invites Muslims continues to improve the quality of his worship, entering the final ten days of fasting. Because in the last ten days of Ramadan, there is a very special night, namely Laylatul Qadar.

"And we all hope that we will be able to meet this night of glory," explained Ansar Ahmad while carrying out the Ramadan Safari 1445 H with the agenda of breaking the fast together at the Darussalam Mosque, Perum Muka Kuning Indah 1 Batu Aji, Batam City, Saturday (30/3) .

According to Governor Ansar in his tausiyah, the night of Laylatul Qadar is narrated to be a night full of blessings, where on that night every act of worship performed is equal in goodness to a thousand months of goodness.

"Therefore, I invite everyone to further increase our deeds of worship entering the final days of Ramadan, so that we can be classified as pious people," he said.

Governor Ansar explained that the Ummah must also continue to istiqomah, while continuing to pray, so that they can complete their Ramadan tasks until the end. Because it's like a ball game, today doesn't get any easier, but you can finish Ramadan.

The Governor continued, because as we get closer to the end of Ramadan, there are fewer and fewer who can survive and then complete the obligation of fasting until it is finished, in order to achieve victory on Eid al-Fitr.

"The prayer shifts in mosques are getting closer to the end of Ramadan. Progress does not mean increasing the number of congregations, but on the contrary," reminded Governor Ansar.

Therefore, he invited the congregation to continue to enliven the mosques with qiyamul lail services, and enliven the last ten days of Ramadan. And hopefully you will be lucky to meet this glorious night.

Not to forget that on this occasion, Governor Ansar also said that in 2025, the Riau Islands Provincial Government will make education or tuition fees free for school children, both SMAN, SMKN and SLBN throughout the Riau Islands.

"We are currently calculating and finalizing the budget. "Hopefully everything can go according to plan," he said

As for the private sector, according to Governor Ansar, assistance will also be provided in the form of incentives for teaching staff who teach in private schools. With this assistance, he hopes that teachers in private schools will continue to be motivated to educate the nation's future generation of children.

Like the Ramadhan Safari activity which was carried out by the Governor of Riau Islands to coincide with the 19th day of fasting this year, on this occasion, assistance was also handed over from the Riau Islands Provincial Government amounting to IDR 100 million to the Chairman of the Darussalam Mosque DKM, Witono and also personal assistance amounting to IDR 10 million .
