Mojokerto Regency Government Provides Assistance for River Embankment Repair Materials for 5 Villages

Mojokerto (beritajatim.com) – The Mojokerto Regency Government (Pemkab) provided aid for river embankment repair materials for five villages. These include Lebakjabung Village, Jatirejo District, Ngembat Village and Kebontungul Village, Gondang District, Jabon Village, Mojoanyar District, Kemiri Village, Pacet District.

The three villages receiving aid affected by the flood received assistance from the Mojokerto Regency Government which came from BSI Maslahat CSR funds in the form of 15 gedek, 25 bamboo trucks and 250 bags of glangsing for Jabon Village. Two 200 liter water tanks, 20 galvanized gabions, 50 4 inch pipes and 17 tapered 6 inch pipes for Ngembat Village.

Lebakjabung Village received 40 galvanized gabions, 30 gedek and 250 bags of glansing. The Mojokerto Regency Government, through the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Mojokerto Regency, provided material assistance in the form of 76 galvanized gabions, 96 gedek, 45 bamboo trucuk to Kebontinggil Village, and 75 galvanized gabion sheets to Kemiri Village.

''The assistance we are distributing is assistance from the government and BSI which we are providing in material form to help residents affected by the flood. Thank God, we have a lot of help. Of course we will distribute this aid directly to the residents," said the Regent of Mojokerto, Ikfina Fahmawati at the Ngembat Village Office, Gondang District, Saturday (6/4/2024).

The number one person in the Mojokerto Regency Government also invited residents to always be grateful for the conditions that have been given and what has happened so far. Because residents are still provided with health care, there were no fatalities in the flood disaster that occurred some time ago in Mojokerto Regency.
