JABARNEWS │ SUBANG – West Java High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) announced that The case file for murder of mother and child in Subang has been returned to the Regional Police ( Regional Police) West Java.
The return of this file was carried out because incomplete material was found, and investigators were asked to complete it.
The Head of the West Java Prosecutor's Office, Nur Sricahyawijaya, confirmed that the case files do not meet the complete requirements and must be returned to the West Java Regional Police investigators.
However, regarding the incomplete details of the material, Nur Sricahyawijaya could not provide detailed information, saying that coordination was still ongoing between the team of Public Prosecutors (JPU) and West Java Regional Police investigators.
"Currently it is still in the status of coordination and consultation between the prosecutor's team and investigators," said Nur Sricahyawijaya.

(photo: special)On the other hand, the Director of General Crimes (Dirkrimum) of the West Java Regional Police, Kombes Pol Surawan, admitted that he had not received official information regarding the return of the case files. Surawan said that currently the files are still being examined by the public prosecutor.
"There is no information yet, it is still being researched by the public prosecutor," said Surawan.
Previously, the case file for the murder of mother and child in Subang was returned to West Java Regional Police investigators because it was incomplete.
The West Java Regional Police then made improvements to the incomplete files, including adding witnesses, before then handing them back to the West Java Prosecutor's Office.
In this case, five people have been named as suspects, including the victim's husband and father, Yosep Hidayah, the victim's nephew M Ramdanu alias Danu, Yosep Hidayah's second wife Mimin, and Yosep Hidayah's stepchildren, Abi and Arighi. (red)
