405 MSMEs in Pacet, Mojokerto Receive Certificates of Land Rights for the Cross-Sector Program

Mojokerto (beritajatim.com) – Mojokerto Regent Ikfina Fahmawati symbolically handed over Land Rights Certificates (SHAT) for a cross-sector program to 405 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pacet Village, Pacet District. This is in order to increase added value and facilitate capital for MSME players.

The delivery of SHAT to MSMEs who already have a Business Identification Number (NIB), is a program initiated by the Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (abbreviated as ATR/BPN) Mojokerto Regency. The SHAT handover was carried out at the Pacet Village office, Pacet District, Thursday (25/4/2024).

The handover of the SHAT was also attended by the Head of the Mojokerto Regency Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises Service (Diskopum) Abdulloh Muhtar, the Head of the Mojokerto Regency Industry and Trade Service (Disperindag) Iwan Abdillah, the Head of the Mojokerto Regency ATR BPN Land Determination and Registration Section Hilman Afandi and Forkopimca officials Pacet.

In her speech, the first female Regent in Mojokerto Regency revealed that the SHAT program was the government's effort to complete land certification throughout Indonesia. From this program it is hoped that all land in Indonesia will have legal force and be officially certified.

"Alhamdulillah, BPN Mojokerto Regency's work has been extraordinary, it has moved quickly so that Mojokerto Regency has been greatly helped. Of course, this needs to be coordinated with regional, sub-district and village governments. Because this certificate contains numbers, and they cannot be wrong. including what is written there cannot be wrong because it has legal force," he said.

Apart from being an effort to bring order to administration and provide legal force, the Regent explained that land that has been certified can also be used by MSMEs to develop their businesses. The Regent is grateful for the various government programs in certifying private land and waqf land.

"We use this to guarantee business capital so that for MSMEs this takes priority. So who knows, if you need capital tomorrow, you can use this. But it must be done with careful calculations, so don't do it immediately. "Alhamdulillah, in Mojokerto Regency, 77.6 percent of the land has been certified, so we just need to catch up on the 22.4 percent shortfall," he said.

So now, the Mojokerto Regency Government must immediately resolve the gap of 22.4 percent of land in Mojokerto Regency that has not been certified. The Regent warned people who had received the land certificate to double-check its authenticity.

"So this is all legally binding, and I ask that you please check it to see if there is something wrong, if there is something wrong, tell me so that it can be corrected immediately. "In fact, this certification process," he explained.

Meanwhile, Head of Land Determination and Registration Section, ATR BPN Mojokerto Regency Hilman Afandi revealed that thanks to the hard work of the Pacet Village Government in trying to get community land certified, in 2024 at least 1,200 Pacet Village residents will receive certificates land from the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program.

"This year Pacet Village also received the PTSL program and the numbers are extraordinary. "For us, the quota was initially only 800, but thanks to his efforts, up to now there have been 1,200," he concluded. [tin/kun]
