Inaugurating Bale Waluya, Head of Purwakarta Education Department Hopes to Encourage the Development of Child Psychology

JABARNEWS | PURWAKARTA – Head of the Purwakarta Regency Education Service (Kadisdik), Dr.H. Purwanto inaugurated the Hope School and Hypnotherapy Clinic called Bale Waluya.

The inauguration was held at the Kahuripan Pajajaran Ecology School, Purwakarta, on Monday, January 15 2024, yesterday.

Head of Purwakarta Regency Education Office, Dr. H. Purwanto said, Bale Waluya is part of the innovation carried out by the Purwakarta Regency Guidance and Counseling Teachers' Conference (MGBK) in collaboration with the Self Learning Institute (SLI) and is fully supported by the Purwakarta Regency Education Office (Disdik).

"Bale Waluya is a UKS that is integrated as a Hypnotherapy Clinic and a place that holistically serves children's growth and development as part of the UKS Trias, namely health education, health services and creating a healthy environment with a clean lifestyle," said the man who is familiarly called Kang Ipung, on Tuesday, January 16 2024.

He said, Bale Waluya is a place that will lead to student wellbeing and has multi-functions as a place that leads children to prosperity, mental and physical health and their lives.

"This place will encourage children to grow and develop psychologically," said Kang Ipung.

Purwanto hopes that Bale Waluya can become a reference for schools in Purwakarta that need hypnotherapy services.

In the future, he said, it is hoped that 17 sub-districts in Purwakarta Regency will have Bale Waluya.

"We hope that MGBK Purwakarta Regency will continue to be active and further strengthen its position and services in the world of counseling guidance considering that MGBK is very strategic in increasing the professionalism of education services in Purwakarta. "It's so important that guidance and counseling teachers must create comfortable psychological conditions and not stress not only the students but also the teachers," said Purwanto.

Meanwhile, SLI CEO, Muhamad Irvan Efrizal, said that the presence of the hope school and hypnotherapy clinic is part of the three core values ​​of Purwakarta education, namely the psychological rights of children. In the future, students will receive psychological guidance and hypnotherapy treatment in clinics that already have complete facilities and infrastructure.
