batampos– Tabligh Akbar Provincial Level Nuzulul Qur'an Commemoration Riau Islands is being held again, and in Ramadhan 1445 H / 2024 AD this time it will be held at the Jami Al Muhajirin Mosque, Tiban Indah, Batam City, Thursday (28/3) evening.
The Nuzulul Qur'an activity with the theme "The Qur'an as a Guide to Life" also presented a speaker from Jakarta, Ustad Fikri Haykal MZ, who was also the son of the late Dai Kondang Sejuta Umat K.H. Zainudin MZ.
In his speech, the Governor of the Riau Islands, Ansar Ahmad, invited Muslims in the Riau Islands to use the momentum of the commemoration of Nuzulul Qur'an 1445 H as a form of actualizing the values of the Qur'an in everyday life.
"In other words, every movement and step we take in living our lives must be guided by the teachings and values contained in the Koran," he said.
Governor Ansar said that the commemoration of Nuzulul Qur'an is a very historic event for us Muslims. Because in this month of Ramadhan, Allah SWT sent down the Koran as a guide for humans and the difference between what is haq and false.
"Seeing the extraordinary virtues of the Qur'an, of course we as Muslims, should not just read the Qur'an, but how can we practice every content and content of the Qur'an," he hoped.
Because if everyone can apply what is contained in the contents of the Koran properly and correctly, Governor Ansar is confident that the people of Riau Islands will become a Koranic society. So that blessings will descend throughout the country of Segantang Lada.
Governor Ansar also added that the Riau Islands Provincial Government continues to provide various repair assistance for more than 3,223 mosques and places of worship spread throughout the Riau Islands. In 2024, the Riau Islands Provincial Government will increase its budget allocation to IDR 114 billion.
"All of this is to help make various places of worship, especially those on the islands, more adequate and decent. So it becomes more comfortable to use for worship," he explained.
Not to forget, Governor Ansar also invited those present to pray together by bringing prayers from Yasir Lana. Moreover, the Riau Islands Provincial Government has established prayers for various formal events organized by the Riau Islands Provincial Government.

Meanwhile, Ustad Fikri Haykal in his sermon began by praising the leadership of the Governor of the Riau Islands, Ansar Ahmad, who according to him had a complete prototype. He was not only an umaroh or leader but also a scholar.
“This is the leader we need and need in the future. "And Insha Allah, he will be able to bring benefit to the Riau Islands," he said.
Ustad Fikri Haykal also conveyed tausiyah, that the momentum of Ramadhan in which the Koran was revealed as a guide for humans in general, is also a guide for those who are devout and a guide for those who believe.
The Deputy Mayor of Batam, Amsakar Ahmad, expressed his gratitude because the Al Muhajirin Mosque in Batam City was chosen as the location for the Nuzulul Qur'an Commemoration at the Riau Islands Province level.
"There are many benefits from the implementation of the Nuzulul Qur'an which is carried out in Batam," he explained briefly.
Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Al Muhajirin Jami Mosque Foundation, Irwansah, expressed his gratitude, because this magnificent mosque cannot be separated from the large amount of assistance that comes from the Riau Islands Provincial Government's budget. Where Governor Ansar has approved a lot of assistance for improving our mosque.
"May all the assistance given to the Al Muhajirin Jami Mosque bring blessings to all of us, and all the wishes and aspirations of Mr. Ansar Ahmad will be granted by Allah SWT, amen," he prayed.
The implementation of the Nuzulul Qur'an this time was attended by the Chair of the Riau Islands Province PKK Team Dewi Kumalasari Ansar, Member of the DPD RI Ria Saptarika, Member of the Kepri Provincial DPRD Irwansyah, Yusuf, the Development Acceleration Team, Head of the Riau Islands Provincial Government's OPD, Religious Figures, Riau Islands Community Figures and Batam and thousands of pilgrims who attended.
On this occasion, assistance was also handed over to the Al Muhajirin Jami Mosque from the Riau Islands Provincial Government amounting to Rp. 100 million, assistance from Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Rp. (*)
