The files on the murder case of mother and child in Subang are not yet complete, this is what the West Java Prosecutor's Office says

JABARNEWS │ BANDUNG – West Java High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) emphasizes West Java Regional Police (Polda) investigators to immediately complete the murder case file mother and child that occurred in Subang Regency.

After the investigation by the team of Public Prosecutors (JPU), there were several things which were deemed to have not been fulfilled and had to be completed by investigators regarding the murder case file mother and child in Subang.

"A coordination report has been prepared between the West Java Prosecutor's Office and Regional Police investigators. "The files were not returned, but we only carried out coordination and consultation to complete several incomplete points in the instructions," said Head of the West Java Prosecutor's Office, Sri Nurcahyawijaya, Thursday (25/1).

Sri emphasized that the murder case files that occurred two years ago had not been returned to the Regional Police, but were still in the consultation stage to complete several elements that had not been fulfilled according to the instructions.

Furthermore, Sri expressed optimism that the case files for the murder of mother and child could be resolved in the near future.

“We hope so. "After reaching the P21 stage, we will immediately notify further developments," he added.

Previously, the West Java Prosecutor's Office received the transfer of files on the murder case of mother and child which had previously been returned to the West Java Regional Police. The Prosecutor's Office team will immediately check the completeness of the files submitted by the West Java Regional Police's General Criminal Investigation Directorate (Ditreskrimum).

Sri revealed that the examination of the files would take at least one week, during which the prosecutor's team would review the formal and material elements contained in the prosecutor's instructions.

“We will evaluate whether the requirements in the prosecutor's instructions have been fulfilled or not. "We will provide further information regarding further developments," concluded Sri. (red)
