Governor Ansar Breaks the Fast with the Leaders of OPD, FKPD and Riau Islands Vertical Agencies

batampos– The Riau Archipelago Provincial Government held an event to break the fast together which was attended by the Leaders of Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD), the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (FKPD) and representatives from vertical agencies in the Riau Islands Province.

The Governor of the Riau Islands H. Ansar Ahmad was present directly at the event accompanied by the Chairman of the TP-PKK of the Riau Islands Province Hj. Dewi Kumalasari Ansar.

The event which was held in the Backyard of the Regional Building, Tanjungpinang, Wednesday (27/3), aims to strengthen the ties between the leaders of OPD, FKPD and vertical agencies in establishing closer cooperation for the progress and welfare of the Island community Riau.

The event took place in an atmosphere full of warmth and togetherness. Governor Ansar welcomed the guests with great hospitality, while expressing his gratitude for the dedication and hard work shown by all leaders and employees of related institutions in realizing the regional development vision.

"In a challenging situation like today, cooperation between institutions is very important to achieve progress and prosperity for the people of the Riau Islands. "I really appreciate the commitment and collaboration that we have built together, and I am sure that with the synergy that we continue to develop, we will be able to face various challenges better," said Governor Ansar Ahmad.

Governor Ansar also conveyed the importance of synergy and collaboration between government institutions to support regional development and improve the quality of life of the community.

He also emphasized the Government's commitment to ensuring that every development step is carried out with full integrity and responsibility.

"Through strong and collaborative cooperation, we are confident that the Riau Islands Province will be able to further develop and provide great benefits for its entire community," he explained.

Then, Governor Ansar said that breaking the fast together like this was a very valuable moment, because it could make friends and strengthen ties of brotherhood with all elements of government in the holy month of Ramadhan.

"Through this momentum of breaking the fast together, we invite all elements of government and society to continue to unite and collaborate in realizing a better development vision for the Riau Islands Province," he concluded.

The breaking of the fast together was filled with tausiyah by Ustaz Riza Al Hafiz. In his lecture, he advised Muslims to maintain Islamic brotherhood, avoiding things that break the fast.

“The Prophet SAW taught us to be united, together. To maintain a good atmosphere of ukhuwah, we should avoid things that break the fast such as pitting oneself against one another, lying, uttering dirty and cruel words. "These are things that often happen in life," he said. (*)
