JABARNEWS │ DEPOK – In order to strengthen synergy and collaboration between these two state institutions, an extension of the cooperation agreement on Handling Legal Issues in the Civil and State Administration Sector between BPJS Employment Depok with State Prosecutor's Office (Kejari) Depok on Wednesday (22/02/2024)..

The signing of the extension of this cooperation agreement was led directly by the Head of BPJS Employment Depok, Achiruddin and the Head of State Prosecutor's Office (Students) Depok, Silvia Desty Rosalina, SH., MH.

“Support from Depok District Prosecutor's Office in previous years has produced many results in realizing welfare for workers through the implementation of the Employment Social Security program ( BPJAMSOSTEK)," said Achiruddin, in his speech.

The assistance provided is in terms of legal assistance, legal considerations, legal services in order to save and restore state finances, as well as mediation and facilitation.

“Social security is the right of every individual. Through the Jamsostek program, ensuring that the state is present to prevent the emergence of new poverty in society. "Thanks to this collaborative effort, we have succeeded in carrying out our mandate properly and correctly," continued Achiruddin.
